To Create a New Blogger Blog:

Go to https://www.blogger.com

Click “Create a Blog”

Type in a valid e-mail address and create a password

Choose a “diplay name” (this is the name that will be used to represent you on your blog).

Click to accept the terms of service and then click continue.

Create a blog title and create your blog’s URL.

Click continue.

Choose a blog layout and click continue.

Voila! You’re blogging.

Create a Class Blog:

Go to https://www.blogger.com

Enter in your ID and password.

Click “Settings”

Under the “Settings” tap, select “Permissions”

Click:

Type in the e-mail addresses of the authors you want to invite.

Click “Invite” and then wait for your authors to accept their invitation.

Once they have registered, they will be able to post to your blog and comment on posts from other authors.
